This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Next Tech LLC ("Dolores," "we," "our," or "us") processes personal data of individuals who access or use our website at meetdolores.ai or our services (jointly referred to as the "Services") or otherwise engage with Dolores.
This Policy also explains your rights and choices about how we use your personal data. By using the Services or otherwise engaging with Dolores, you consent to the use of your personal data as described in this Policy.
(a) Definitions. In this Policy, "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as a name, address, telephone number, or email address. In certain jurisdictions, this may also be referred to as "Personal Information." Other capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in our Terms of Service.
(b) Scope. This Policy applies when Next Tech LLC acts as a data controller under applicable laws, including when Next Tech LLC provides Services to individual users. When we process personal data on behalf of enterprise or business customers, we act as a data processor, and our use of personal data is governed by the applicable data processing terms in such customer's agreement.
Account and Contact Details. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, password (stored in hashed form), and your account preferences.
Training Data and Inputs. We process data you upload or provide to train your AI agent, including chat logs, support transcripts, knowledge base content, documents, and any other content you submit to the Services ("Input"). This data may contain personal information about your customers or end users.
AI-Generated Outputs. We process AI-generated responses produced by your trained agent in the course of handling customer interactions ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively referred to as "Content."
Communication Data. We collect data from chat sessions and phone calls processed through the platform, including conversation transcripts, call recordings, call metadata (duration, timestamps, phone numbers), and voicemail content.
Payment Details. When you subscribe to paid Services, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment-related information.
Feedback and Communications. If you contact us directly or provide feedback, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Device Information. IP address, web browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
Usage Information. Features you use, actions you take, pages you visit, and the dates and times of your visits.
Location Information. We may infer your general location from your IP address.
Third-Party Service Providers. We may receive information from telephony providers (such as Telnyx or Twilio), AI service providers, and other third-party services used to operate the platform.
Your training data, knowledge base, and AI models are isolated to your account. We do not use your Content to train AI models for other customers. Each customer's knowledge base, AI behavior, and conversation history are completely separate.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data that cannot be linked back to any individual customer to improve the general performance and reliability of the Dolores platform.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Dolores offers transactional SMS messaging to customers who request it. This section describes how we collect, use, and protect information related to our SMS program.
Consent and opt-in. We only send SMS messages to customers who have affirmatively requested them. Consent is obtained in one of two ways: (i) verbally, during an inbound phone call with Dolores support, where the customer asks us to send a link by text and consents to receive it; or (ii) when the customer initiates an SMS conversation by texting our support number first, in which case we reply to that same thread. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS, we do not send unsolicited messages, and we do not add phone numbers to any SMS list.
Message content and frequency. SMS messages from Dolores are strictly transactional and are sent one-to-one in direct response to a customer request. Typical messages contain a single URL (such as a product, account, or support link). Message frequency depends on customer requests; customers who do not contact Dolores will not receive any SMS from us.
Opt-out. You can opt out of Dolores SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages. You can reply START to resubscribe, or reply HELP for help. You can also contact support@meetdolores.ai for assistance.
Carrier and message rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Dolores is not responsible for carrier fees. SMS service availability depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed in all regions.
Information we collect. In connection with our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send to us, the content of messages we send to you, timestamps, delivery status, and any opt-in or opt-out actions you take. We use our SMS providers (Twilio and Telnyx) to deliver these messages, and information necessary to deliver the message is processed by these providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
How we use this information. We use SMS-related information solely to (i) deliver the specific message you requested, (ii) respond to your support inquiry, (iii) maintain records of consent and opt-out, and (iv) comply with applicable laws and carrier requirements.
No sharing for marketing. Dolores does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS message content to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) strictly as needed to deliver the messages you requested, and with law enforcement or regulators where required by law.
Retention. We retain records of SMS consent, opt-outs, and message metadata for as long as necessary to operate our support service and to demonstrate compliance with applicable SMS regulations, typically at least four (4) years.
Contact. Questions about our SMS practices can be directed to support@meetdolores.ai.
Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@meetdolores.ai.
